Listing Description

This luxury apartment is situated first line to the Atlantic Ocean with unobstructed views to the ocean and Teide at the southern tip of Tenerife – more precisely Las Galletas.

The apartment is 105 m2 with 2 bedrooms w / French balconies. Living room and large kitchen with all amenities, a nice huge bathroom with shower and a large roof terrace with sun from early morning to about 5 pm.

Extremely bright penthouse apartment with no residents above or visible neighbors and without any noise from the surrounding facilities.

4000 m2 saltwater pool, beach, restaurants and shops – all within a distance of 100 m.
Wide doors, no steps and plenty of space for wheelchair users.

A short ride from the airport by taxi of approximately 15 minutes (about €18) and you are “on luxury holidays” – ready to relax completely in the sun and our lovely apartment with attention to detail. The apartment and the area is 100% suitable for wheelchair users.

 

KITCHEN

Wide angle eat-in kitchen with lots of paraphernalia and facilities. This is not a standard holiday kitchen with a worn refrigerator and basic kitchen stuff only.
Here are all the amenities and equipment to help you and a kitchen that can also be used by wheelchair users.

Large fridge-freezer, hob, automatic espresso machine, water purifier (drinking water!), juicer, dishwasher and washing machine with dryer.
Lots of kitchen ware in super quality – here you really can cook if you like. Dining area with (pullout) table for 6 people.

 

BATHROOM

Lots of space – even for wheelchair users, especially in front of the toilet and in the shower (90×90 cm). A large mirror for all hights.

BEDROOM – MASTER

Large double bed (180×200) with ample space around – continental model with dual mattresses.

Nice view of palm trees, blue sky, sea and mountains.

Around 8-9am the parakeet starts their cozy parrot palaver in the palm outside – they like to come down to the terrace for apple pieces.

Large French windows for light and air, with the slat curtain to keep out sun and light – when necessary.

 

BEDROM – WORK ROOM

In the daytime, 2 armchairs – at night two comfortable single beds, in a snap.

Lovely large desk with views of mountains and the Atlantic Ocean – 3 el-outlets under the desk.

There is a 27″ monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse and a Google Cast dongle ( you can attach your own laptop, mobile phone or tablet).

Large French windows for light and air – but with sunscreen curtain. Sliding door of 160 cm integrates the room in the living and family room.

 

FAMILY ROOM

Bright and friendly family room with a huge wardrobe (250×240) with sliding doors.

This is also where the powerful air conditioning and fan heater is located, so it can cover the entire apartment.

Tenerife offers hot days where air conditioning is a bliss, but in the winter sometimes the days and nighs can be a bit chilly and a little help from the heater is preferable.

 

LIVING ROOM

The living room is directly connected to the large terrace with a huge 3 flown sliding door , which can be opened from both sides with two wingers and gives a sense of the living room and terrace being one room.

40 “LED TV with Amazon Fire TV that works as MediaCenter, with the possibility of international TV channels, lots of movies or games. Also functions as a web browser, etc. TV can be seen almost anywhere in the apartment – even on the terrace – as it is suspended on a flexible swivel arm.

A nice flexible modular floating-bed allows for extremely relaxed evenings – perhaps with the sliding door wide open.

There are slat blinds in front of the big sliding door, which shields against the sun and heat, while visibility and light are still possible.

 

ROOF TERRACE

The large sliding door is a hit for us – it also will be for you. It is 4.5 m wide, of which 3 m can be pushed aside – this makes the terrace an integrated part of the rest of the apartment.

There are comfortable loungers for relaxing in the sun and a dining table for outdoor dining where the superb – even at night – view can be enjoyed.

On warm days a big fan can be taken out on the terrace if desired – there is outdoor electrical outlets and of course light for evening and night moments.
